Your retreat, your way
Here’s the shape of it. Everything in between is optional, so do as much or as little as you like.
- Friday from 5pm Arriving Settle in, then meet everyone over dinner.
- All day Saturday While you're there Pick and mix from what's on, then a big shared feast.
- Sunday, by 3pm Leaving A slow breakfast, one last walk if you fancy it, and swapping numbers.

- Guided walks At an easy pace, with plenty of stops.
- Campfire evenings Marshmallows, stories and stargazing.
- Nature workshops Foraging, wreath making or woodland crafts.
- Cooking together Pitch in, or just turn up hungry.
- Wild swims For the brave. Hot drinks after.
- Games night Board games, card games, silly games.
- Stretch and unwind Gentle yoga, or a quiet sit outside.
- Absolutely nothing A hammock, a book, a nap. All allowed.

Questions about the retreat
What if I can't make it?
Retreats aren't refundable, and that includes the deposit. Can't come? You can send a friend instead: use the link in your booking email to give us their name and email. If you can't come after paying part of it, what you've paid isn't returned, and you don't owe the rest. If we cancel the retreat, you'll get all your money back.
Do I need to be a member?
No, anyone can come. Members pay a little less with their member code.
