There’s always plenty going on, and all of it is optional. Join in with as much or as little as you like, and do whatever you’re comfortable with.

- Nature workshops Foraging, wreath making or woodland crafts.
- Cooking together Pitch in, or just turn up hungry.

- Absolutely nothing A hammock, a book, a nap. All allowed.

Spread the cost
Hold your place with a deposit, then pay the rest whenever suits you, in as many goes as you like, up to two weeks before. Or pay it all at once.

The small print
Deposit
The deposit holds your place. It isn't refundable.
Paying the rest
Any amount from £20, whenever you like, from the link in your booking email. It needs to be paid by two weeks before the retreat (the date's on your booking), and we'll send a friendly reminder or two. Members or not, everyone can pay this way, unless a retreat says it's for members.
If it isn't paid in time
We'll get in touch before the date. If it's still not paid by then, your place is released and what you've paid isn't returned.
Pay in full
You can pay everything when you book. Booking less than two weeks before? Then you pay in full.
If you can't come
Retreats aren't refundable, and that includes the deposit. You can send a friend in your place instead. If you can't come after paying part of it, what you've paid isn't returned, and you don't owe the rest.

Can I come on my own?
Yes, lots of people do. You’ll meet everyone on the first evening, and every retreat is planned so it’s easy to get chatting.
Who comes on retreats?
Mostly people in their 20s and 30s. Some are regulars at our socials and some have never been to one. Retreats are for people aged 18 and over.
Where will I sleep?
In shared rooms, bunks or bell tents, depending on the retreat. Each one says what the rooms are like before you book. [Room sharing to be confirmed, for example rooms of two to four]
What about food and dietary needs?
All your food is included on every retreat, from the first dinner to the last lunch. Tell us about any dietary needs when you book and we’ll plan around them.
How do I get there?
Each retreat lists the nearest train station and how to get from there. Travel isn’t included. [To be confirmed: whether we help people share lifts or run a pick-up from the station]
Is it accessible?
Every retreat lists its access details, including how much walking there is, the rooms, the toilets and step-free access. If you have a question, get in touch before you book and we’ll help.
What if I can’t make it?
Retreats aren’t refundable, and that includes the deposit. Can’t come? You can send a friend instead: use the link in your booking email to give us their name and email. If you can’t come after paying part of it, what you’ve paid isn’t returned, and you don’t owe the rest. If we cancel the retreat, you’ll get all your money back.
Do I need to be a member?
No, anyone can come. Members pay a little less with their member code.
