Questions about the retreat

I don't know anyone. Is that OK?

Most people come on their own. Your host says hello when you arrive, and Friday dinner is all about meeting everyone.

How fit do I need to be?

Not very. The lakeside loop is flat and easy, the bigger climb is optional, and you can always skip a walk and stay by the fire.

What about food and dietary needs?

All meals are included, and we cook for vegetarian, vegan and most allergies. Tell us when you book.

What if the weather is awful?

The cabins have wood burners, blankets and board games. The walks go ahead in most weather, with the fire waiting after.

What if I can't make it?

Retreats aren't refundable, and that includes the deposit. Can't come? You can send a friend instead: use the link in your booking email to give us their name and email. If you can't come after paying part of it, what you've paid isn't returned, and you don't owe the rest. If we cancel the retreat, you'll get all your money back.

Do I need to be a member?

No, anyone can come. Members pay a little less with their member code.
